The contacts failed on both units shortly after purchasing them such that hot sync no longer worked. Poor quality.

The contacts failed on both units shortly after using them preventing sync and repeatedly causing annoying messages to be displayed i.e. "Found New Hardware".

Received two of these cradles in the mail and none of them works. Seems like a poorly crafted product with high defect rate.
